About the event

In this Our Mettaverse class, Aloneness to Oneness, we will explore the myth of identity — one of the central illusions that leads us to feel separate and alone. Drawing from Karuna Cayton’s book 6 Myths We Live By, we will look at how identity, when clung to as fixed and independent, strengthens our sense of isolation.
Through reflection, teaching, and guided practice, we will uncover how seeing ourselves as interdependent beings transforms the experience of aloneness into a profound sense of connection with all of life. By dispelling the myth of separateness, we can open into a deeper truth: that belonging is not something to seek outside of us, but the natural state of being part of the whole.
This evening offers a chance to soften the tendency toward isolation and step into the healing recognition of shared humanity, where aloneness dissolves into oneness.
Event is by donation.
