Breaking Down What Feels Big So It Becomes Workable

An Our Mettaverse Class

When something in life feels overwhelming, it’s often not because it’s unmanageable—but because we’re holding all of it at once.

In this 60–90 minute Our Mettaverse class, we’ll explore a gentle, practical way of working with big emotions by breaking them down into smaller, more workable pieces—much like painting a flower one petal at a time.

Together, we’ll look at how separating an experience into what the body is feeling, what the mind is saying, and what emotions are present can naturally reduce the intensity behind it. As we slow the breath and calm the body, the nervous system begins to receive the message that it’s safe to meet what’s here—without rushing, fixing, or forcing anything to change.
